I don’t have much time for internet-related pursuits this week, but I was hardly going to let this trailer pass me by. This month marks a year since I last saw my favourite contemporary band live and, with real life concerns steadily weighing me down, a date with The Hold Steady is just what I need about now. Short of an overdue trip to Scottish shores (and no, that rescheduled Counting Crows support slot doesn’t count as I’m not made of money), this new live album/documentary might just be the next best thing. A Positive Rage is out on 6th April on Rough Trade.
